With the opening of Olive Branch Counseling Center’s third location, a new website seemed like a great way to expand the reach of their counseling services to a larger community. Though since their last attempt at establishing an online presence a lot had changed. SEO, Google maps, local search, contact forms and usability standards seemed daunting to a non-profit simply looking for a “new website”. By approaching the project much like a counselor would approach a new patient, in a few short months we were able to unravel the mysteries of the web by creating small milestones that added up to one large transformation.
